Project timelines can vary according to schedule, complexity and length of the piece. In most cases you can expect your project to be completed within 10 days of receiving approved audio tracks/stems.

Files can be transferred using a secure file transferring service, or email.

While we don't currently offer in-person sessions, We do foster open communication throughout the process. Once your project has been scheduled you will be invited to our 1-on-1 collaboration chat; encouraging communication, input, and feedback throughout the session, ensuring your satisfaction.

We accept .WAV, AIFF, and High-Quality MP3 (320kbps). Lossless audio formats are preferred, but not required.

We offer shipping options worldwide, so shipping time can vary depending on your location. (Sometimes up to 30 days internationally). However in most cases, orders arrive within 2-8 business days when shipping within the United States, and 10-30 days internationally.

Revisions are included in all audio production packages including: voiceover, audio editing, production, mixing and mastering orders.

We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality customer service and satisfaction in our all products and services, and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction on every purchase. However, if we haven't fulfilled your order to your expectations, we offer 14 day replacement or refund on any products damaged or affected by manufacturing error on all clothing and apparel in original condition. Refunds on Mixing, mastering, voiceovers, audio editing, and production are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email mic@blackboxentertainment.ca regarding any concerns. There are no returns or refunds on electronics or digital download products.
